Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sportsclub1one@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item or proof of return, we will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days, using the original payment method.
This right applies even if the item is not faulty, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items are non-returnable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise stated.
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
